job description
1.1 To participate in the preparation of Human Resources budget.
1.2 To liaise with Recruitment Agents effectively.
1.3 To maintain an up to date CV’s Database, for future facilitation of recruitment needs.
1.4 To assist in recruitment process.
1.5 Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
1.6 Conducts Induction / Orientation program for all newly joined employees, as per the hotel standards.
1.7 Receive staff complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly.
1.8 Maintains an up to date computerized database of all employees.
1.9 Assists in the preparation of monthly Human Resources report.
1.10 Assists the Human Resources Manager in the preparation of periodic reports as required.
1.11 Ensures that all official reports are sent on time.
1.12 Coordinates with all Departments with regard to Human Resources related activities.
1.13 Assists Staff Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing staff sports, social and welfare activities.
1.14 Assists in maintaining personnel files for all employees in methodical and confidential manner.
1.15 Maintains files and other information under strict confidentiality.
1.16 Performs related duties and special projects.
