To provide bank customer's financial services which exceed the customer's expectations by delivering competent, timely and problem free services.
To be creative in the delivery of customer service
To improve service level at the branch. Take ownership of customer complaint resolution
Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals. Also to support and coach new staff
Provide constructive and constant feedback on improvement of product, services and processes which may either reduce cycle time, costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Adhere to branch process and report deviations to branch manager
Adhere and carry out assignments set by the branch manager.
Commit to assigned targets
Contact customers through telephone and visits to cross-sell banks products and to obtain leads and references for fresh acquisition
