Experience • 3+ years experience in the area of Quality Management;
Credentials •Bachelor Degree as a minimum in a relevant discipline, preferably in IT
Awarding Body •Demonstrated experience in setting and maintaining IT quality standards; •Experience in acceptance testing.
Description To develop, promote and implement quality management policies, procedures and processes to ensure continuing improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of IT facilities in all schools across the Emirate ensuring they have the necessary IT standard facilities to meet the needs of students and to further the educational aspirations of the Education Council. *Develop set IT quality management standards and procedures for schools in the Emirate and ensure these standards are kept to while enabling students to further their educational advancements through quality IT facilities; *Provide support by acting as a focal point for the development and implementation of quality management including developing, refining and advising on IT quality management criteria and through acceptance testing; *Coordinate with staff within the IT Division to ensure IT applications and hardware fully conform to strict quality management standards and procedures established by Education Council; *Sign off for new applications and the delivery of hardware to schools, and ensure that the specifications are controlled against vendor proposals
