Description
Develop and manage the strategy for ADEC Partnerships – promoting partnership and sustainable collaborations working with a range of educational institutions nationally and internationally to achieve sustained change & creativity in the teaching, learning and performance. Oversee international partnerships which develop pedagogic practice; Ensure that the Divisions\’ work is underpinned by best practice. Identify and analyze key topics and initiatives that are critical to current thinking about education, learning and training; to disseminate this information within the organization; and to make recommendations about how the education should respond, if appropriate. Ensure alignment between the strategic plans for the Education Council and the preparation of project financials and the Education Council’s budget; manage the development of targets and objectives specific to the education environment for newly developed strategies in order to assess the performance of strategy implementation with regard to measures
