Description Plan, develop resource, implement and evaluate all educational projects-related activities in coordination with the Division Manager, aiming to meet the Division’s goals and objectives. Manage, organise and execute educational projects throughout their entire lifecycle that have been identified under the Division; operate within the strategic plans set forth by the Division Manager and allocate resources appropriately to ensure completion and budget, meeting regular status/progress reporting requirements. Identify external partners to work with ADEC; review and negotiate contracts with the management approval as per ADEC’s policies. Tackle complex implementation issues, and use escalation path when required; communicate report findings to the Division Manager and make recommendations on methods to improve the Division’s performance; Use international benchmarking studies to formulate reports to ensure continuous improvement of Division’s performance in accordance with international standards.
