Description Work in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Head of Global Partnerships and Development to facilitate the smooth running of the projects, ensuring appropriate communication through effective day-to-day administration and coordination of projects. Ensure that project procedures are implemented and followed. Assist with the correct filing of project briefs for all projects; ensure that all project-related documents are produced in a timely fashion, kept up to date and are made accessible to project teams as appropriate; assist with regular reporting on project status. Initiate, organize and attend project meetings with appropriate members of the project team and to ensure that agendas and meeting minutes are produced, circulated and acted upon in a timely manner; ensure that the project teams are kept fully informed about tasks required of them and their roles on projects.
