Role Purpose

To assist the Head of Manpower Plan in putting together the manpower plan of Masdar to fully capitalize and optimize on Masdar’s human capital.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. Coordination

* Assist the head of manpower plan in maintaining accurate manpower requirements from both BU Directors and Recruitment Team.

2. Organization

* Updating and maintaining organizational charts of all units and departments.

3. Reporting

* Assist the head of manpower plan in keeping records, metrics and compiling statistical reports concerning manpower plan vacant positions per quarter. * Assist the head of manpower plan in keeping records, metrics and compiling statistical reports concerning manpower plan headcount, transfers, promotions, and terminations. ROLE DIMENSIONS / BUSINESS METRICS (wherever applicable)

Education and Certification requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
