Role Purpose
To assist the Head of Manpower Plan in putting together the manpower plan of Masdar to fully capitalize and optimize on Masdar’s human capital.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIESKey Accountabilities
Key Activities
1. Coordination
* Assist the head of manpower plan in maintaining accurate manpower requirements from both BU Directors and Recruitment Team.2. Organization
* Updating and maintaining organizational charts of all units and departments.3. Reporting
* Assist the head of manpower plan in keeping records, metrics and compiling statistical reports concerning manpower plan vacant positions per quarter. * Assist the head of manpower plan in keeping records, metrics and compiling statistical reports concerning manpower plan headcount, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
