The Sales and Marketing department carries out all the functions, right from assessing the market off-take, ordering, stocking, pricing, marketing and Sales and distribution of the products, to the end user as well as managing all staff and facilities of the franchises. The ongoing effort has brought about excellent visibility of Lexus products in the market place and is poised for strong further growth.

Key objectives:

Exploit opportunities to gain market share, increase revenues and profitability of Lexus operations in the UAE (cars, motorcycles and power equipment)
To provide the highest quality management and leadership of the Lexus sales and marketing operations in the UAE
To achieve and maintain sales standards at all sales locations under his control
To effectively control costs and safeguard the assets and interests of the Company for the benefit of the staff, the Company's reputation and the shareholders
Job Specifications:

Review the CSI results and comments of customers Accordingly, guide and motivates staff
Implementation of sales standards, by obtaining direct feedback from fleet customers, rental car companies and Government department
Develop suitable incentive plans that reward and motivate staff to maximise performance in line with company objectives and Group guidelines
Job holder must ensure at all times that premises and facilities are suitable to cope with demands of the franchise
Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing
Forecast sales accurately, for each franchise on model basis, plan order and ensure procurement to achieve maximisation of sales at optimum stock levels
Manage and control the sales controls in all showrooms by Branch Managers to ensure full and correct information is recorded on SAP system for all customers and activities so that performance can be maximised and sales training needs better identified
Maintain smooth working relationships with principals to create an environment of mutual understanding, enhancing business and avoiding conflicts
Liaise with franchisers and maintain good relations whilst ensuring the company’s own business objectives are met.
skill set

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

You must be a UAE National (Emirati) and able to provide supporting documentation
Strong Communication skills in both Arabic and English
Demonstrable experience in automobile / travel / service industry
Excellent communication and sales ability
Strong leadership, Strategic planning, communications, mentoring and management skills
8-10 years sales experience at senior level in Sales & Marketing
Degree or equivalent in Business Administration / Marketing preferable
An understanding of IT systems would be advantageous
Competent to understand modern vehicle construction and features and to link features with the benefits
Competent to analyze the market situation and take right decision regarding quantity to be ordered, model mix and pricing.
