Al Misha’al Training Programme is meant for the undergraduates. These inducted staff are trained both on-job and off-job before they work permanently as Tellers or PBAs in the different branches of the Bank.All UAE Nationals who meet the required skills are invited to apply and be a part of the most successful training programs conducted by EmiratesNBD Bank.

During this training period, which extends over 2 months, they are assessed regularly. This period is succeeded by an intense On-The-Job training for about 6 weeks, to equip them to work efficiently as Tellers/PBAs.
