job description
- To develop and implement proper strategies for the positioning the CE as a whole and promoting and distributions of the offerings of the CE.
- To continuously explore and open new business opportunities to support the functions and the operations of the CE.
- To prioritize, focus and capitalize on key revenue generating initiatives and business deals.
- To Work closely with the center managers on positioning the centers of excellence as leading knowledge providers in their respective sectors.
- To be responsible for generating revenues as per HBMeU agreed targets.
- To develop and oversee along with the HBMeU business development department the MOUs drafting process to assure that they are serving needs of the CE.
- To initiate, manage and assess the development and delivery of consultancy projects carried by the CE.
- To continuously explore and identify market needs and translate such needs in the design and development of innovative portfolio of knowledge and products.
- Continuously mentor centre managers for effective coordination, implementation, follow-up and improvement of all programs.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and learner needs (Feasibility, studies, client database).
skill set
- Master in Bus. Administration or Mktg. or project management with a
- Comfortable communicating at the highest level within all private and public sectors.
- Possess strong, dynamic leadership and have a passion for business development.
- Strong under-standing of the Education Sector with particular focus on continuing education
Other Knowledge, Skills & abilities:
- Good leadership skills with strong ability to communicate, mentor and coach teams and individuals.
- Familiar with e-learning environment.
- Superior Problem solving, presentation & analytical skills
