job description

To build and retain a superior database of SME for design & delivery of CEG Programs
- To implement Trainer/SME evaluation process in order to maintain program integrity
- To develop short and long term marketing & sales plans that will provide for realization of HBMeU business growth strategy
- To effectively market the services, products & programs at the CEG to decision makers in Government Departments in order to develop new and repeat business orders.
-To ensure regular contact with customers to foster good relations and provide highly visible customer care services

- To monitor information of government department purchase power trends and ensure CEG provision and program development remains aligned.

- To build, maintain & analyze competitor and market intelligence to ensure CEG products, services and associated costs are competitive and leading edge.

- To plan, manage and execute events which promote CEG products, services or launch new initiatives (i.e. Focus Group Meetings, Executive Management Meetings); represent CEG in appropriate events (i.e. Arab Strategy Forum).

- To develop, train and motivate the CEG Project Associate.
- To oversee collation of customer satisfaction data; develop a customer satisfaction index for the CEG; analyze results to identify improvement initiatives.


skill set

- Graduate in Mktg., PR or Business
- Administration with min. 3 years related experience with an excellent communication & effective interpersonal skills.
- The position holders must be able to effectively carry out the multi tasks and handle various assignments simultaneously.
- Industry knowledge and excellent written and spoken Arabic and English is a MUST
