Personal Assistant To the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Services & Resources.
Manages the lobby area and ensure the implementation of the security procedures.
- Take telephone messages for the staff with good understanding, and communicate them efficiently and effectively to the appropriate staff on proper time.
- Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions or departments.
- Greet visitors to the and directs them to appropriate individual.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the clients, learners and the staff members.
- Administer and register all the outgoing international calls.
- Coordinate for class rooms and computer labs booking.
- Provide catering service to customers and learners.
- General supervision on all classrooms and computer labs.
- Receive and register incoming and outgoing mail- shipment from- to courier companies.
- Type a variety of forms, letters, reports and memos.
- Performs other related duties as required.
skill set
Higher Secondary or equivalent qualification with minimum 2 years in a similar field.
