You will be managing the Emiratization process proactively & consistently to make the company & Insurance Industry the most preferred employer by the UAE Nationals.
Main responsibilities :
Design, develop & implement the Emiratization strategy for the company .
Develop & manage the UAE Nationals Management Development Program.
Manage relationships with all government & external organizations
e.g. ENDP, HCT - DWC, EBIFS, Universities, career fairs etc.
Assist in the integration of UAE National Employees by providing appropriate HR Support & guidance to both line managers & UAE National employees.
Identify & recommend improvements in processes & procedures in recruiting, retaining, remunerating & recognizing UAE Nationals to enhance Emiratization (Recruitment & Retention).
Actively participate in career growth plan & development for UAE Nationals across the company.
Achive the set Annual Emiratization Target for each Department & the company.
skill set
University qualifications : Graduate
Other certifications :
Added advantage if you have qualifications in HR.
Previous experience :
4 - 5 years work experience in the HR Department related to Emiratization program is preferred.
Preferred experience from a Bank.
Specialist knowledge :
-Recruitment methodology & processes knowledge.
-Knowledge of Laws related to the employment of UAE Nationals.
-Knowledge of employee relations, disciplinary procedures & conflict resolution.
Other Skills :
-Knowledge & understanding of HR resources concepts, practices, systems, & procedures.
-Very Good interpersonal & communication skills -Both written & oral in Arabic & English.
-Ability to work effectively in a team of diverse nationalities.
-Program planning & leadership skills.
-Ability to resolve employee issues related to UAE nationals.
-Excellent in MS office.
-Age Range : 25 - 35
-Nationality Preference: UAE Nationals only
-Language Skills : Arabic & English
