job description
The job holder is responsible for processing member turnover endorsements (additions, deletions, status change, and change of member details) in accordance with the established procedures and standards within the authority limits
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process member turnover up to the assigned authority
2. Speedy and accurate processing of member turnover requests that builds / enhances customer relations and credibility
3. Provide accurate and timely feed back to queries related to member turnover process
4. Escalate customer issues and concerns where the timely resolution is not being achieved in light of the laid out policy and turnaround time
skill set
Knowledge and Skill Set:
• Strong Interpersonal and team building skills
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent Customer service orientation
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable) Strong
Qualifications: -Higher Diploma in any discipline or Graduate degree in any discipline
Compensation & Standard Benefits:
Salary: As per Company standards
Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 5 Days / Week (Friday & Saturday is a Holiday)
30 days annual vacation at the end of 12 months with 1 months gross salary + Cash = Air Ticket fare to Cairo, Egypt.
Medical & Group Life Insurance for Self Only
Performance based Annual bonus & Annual salary Increments
Training & Certification both in Insurance & Personal development (Internal & External)
To be registered with the Pension Authority for UAE nationals as per the UAE Law
To be involved in team building activities to build a family atmosphere in the company
