role purpose:

The Customer Care Centre Manager is key to the delivery of the tawasol Customer Services Strategy. The principal focus of this role is to achieve daily service levels whilst driving improvements in the quality of customer service to the highest possible standard.
duties & responsibilities:

* Lead by example, providing a role model, shaping the whole team and driving the Customer Service and Continuous Improvement culture. * Structures internal teams & defines rules and objectives of each team to ensure company goals are met * Be accountable for the delivery of the daily Customer Service Levels and the productivity of the team. * Manage and prioritise the daily activities in order to ensure that service levels are achieved. * Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the twofour54 businesses. Keep up to date with appropriate developments and share with the team. Keep stakeholders up to date with key achievements and influence their buy-in to new initiatives

education, experience & skills:

* Minimum qualification of Bachelor degree * Experience of managing teams using call centre platforms and CRM technology. * Specific experience of Cisco and Seibel desirable. * Proven experience of leading, developing and driving a team forward * An excellent communicator, able to influence at senior management level
